Passengers are requested to cooperate with bus operators to maintain punctuality.
A valid photo ID must be carried while traveling.
The bus operator reserves the right to change the seat while boarding.
The company is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by accidents, delays, irregularities, or natural calamities.
Passengers may carry personal luggage at their own risk.
One piece of luggage per passenger is allowed free of charge. Excess baggage over 10 kg per passenger will be chargeable.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited onboard.
Carrying or consuming liquor inside the bus is prohibited. The bus operator reserves the right to dashboard intoxicated passengers.
Passengers consent to receive communications via SMS, Email, or calls from the bus operator regarding services.
Passengers must report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Children above the age of 3 require a ticket.
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations will be processed as per the respective ticket's cancellation policy.
Partial cancellations are allowed.
Refunds for partial cancellations will be processed immediately.
Jayalakshmi Bus reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
Bookings made through this site can only be canceled through the Cancellation Form available on the website. For tickets booked via agents, please contact the respective agent for cancellations.
On cancellation, refunds will be credited within 3 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
Once a ticket is transferred, it cannot be transferred or canceled again.
